Delete your Bcall account

You can request deletion of your Bcall account and associated data without installing or opening the app.

Request deletion by email

Email support@bcall.us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Bcall account deletion and include your personal Bcall link if you know it.

We verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password or a sign-in code. If you no longer have access to the account email, explain that in your request so support can assist with verification. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, include your Bcall link and mention Sign in with Apple so support can help verify ownership.

Email a deletion request

If the button does not open an email app, copy the address into your email service.

Delete from the iPhone or Android app

End any active call.
Open Bcall → Settings → Account → Delete account.
Read the confirmation and verify ownership using a linked sign-in method. In supported iPhone versions, an account linked to Apple requires Apple verification and revocation of its Apple authorization before deletion. Other accounts use Google or their password.

What is removed

The deletion process removes your Bcall account/profile and personal-link configuration, receiver registrations and associated call history. Associated legacy recording/voicemail files, if present in the shared account, are included in the server deletion process. The Firebase authentication identity is deleted too. Deleting this shared account affects Chrome, desktop, iPhone and Android clients using it.

Processing and retained records

A request can be accepted before all deletion steps have completed. The server retries temporary failures. Modern call-session history otherwise expires after approximately 90 days; this is not a waiting period for requesting account deletion.

Operational logs, support correspondence, backup copies and provider-controlled records are separate from the automated account deletion and may remain afterwards. Requests concerning that information are reviewed by support, including any retention required for security, disputes or legal obligations. You can also email support to request access, correction or deletion of particular personal data without requesting closure of the entire account. Some information is needed to keep an account functioning.
